define their own happiness. We support them and empower the pursuit of their goals. We celebrate their successes, even if that success is as simple as the pursuit itself.

Individuals are served in 21 community based residential homes in Bloomfield, Bristol, Coventry, Durham, East Hampton, Farmington, Gales Ferry, Mansfield, Middletown, Oakdale, Portland, West Hartford, and Wethersfield. Supported living apartment programs are  located in Hartford, Avon, Middletown and Newington. Community Companion Homes are Supported in Brooklyn, Woodstock, Plainfield, Pomfret and Thompson.

Letter from the Executive Director

Andrea Ferrucci, Executive Director at Mosaic in Connecticut

Dear friends,

Thank you for visiting our Mosaic in Connecticut website. I am entering my 20th year here at Mosaic and would like to share some exciting news about our agency.

As we enter our 23rd year of providing high quality services to those we support here in Conn., I am proud of the services we offer to those we support and their families. Today we support 94 individuals in 21 group homes, seven individuals in their own apartments, and as of March 31, 16 individuals residing in 11 "Community Companion Homes". It is an honor to have been chosen to provide supports for these families, and we would like to welcome them all into our Mosaic family!

We have also embarked on a new initiative we are calling Discover the Possibilities. This program consists of two, one-hour open house events each month at our Cromwell office. These gatherings provide us with an opportunity to share with our communities the work we do everyday to enhance the lives of those we support. I'd like to invite you to attend one of these events to hear inspiring stories, learn new things about our agency, and meet our incredible staff and volunteers. You can find the dates and times right here on the website.
